1 Corinthians 15:58 So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.
My Thoughts
Wow I just love this!!..."Nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless!"... When you do something because you know that is what God wants...no matter how small it seems... it is never useless.... and God will reward us when we do for him.... When you are about to open your mouth and the Holy Spirit inside you says don't... and you listen... you have done that for God and He knows... and it is not useless... When you smile and are kind because that is what God ask us to do... that is not useless..... When you love others... that is not useless.... when you read your Bible... that is not useless.... isn't it exciting to know that if you go though your day and you do at least one thing that God has ask you to do... that your day... your life that day has not been useless.... so often in our life we can feel useless.... we can feel like we are spinning our wheels and getting nowhere.... But if we put this very verse to memory...and try to do at least one thing that God ask us to do... we can know without a doubt that this day our life was of use... this day we did something that was important... this day God was pleased with us.... This may have just become my favorite verse!
